Before you come
What do I bring?
A swimsuit, and a refillable water bottle you can fill at The Well. Towels are required and towel rental is available if you would rather travel light.
Is there a shower?
No. Please arrive as clean and fragrance-free as you can manage. It keeps the tub good for the person after you.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. The room is private and fits one or two people, and a guest costs nothing extra on a sauna and plunge session.
How long can I stay in the cold?
Ten minutes maximum in any single plunge, for safety. Most people find two or three is plenty.
Do I need to arrive early?
A few minutes, yes. Your booked time is total time in the room, so changing and filling your bottle come out of it.
Anyone who should not plunge?
No children in the cold plunge. If you are menstruating or have had loose bowels in the last 24 hours, please reschedule.
