The Well is our in-house Kangen fill station: alkaline, hydrogen-rich water, available to anyone coming through the studio.
Historically a well was where a community met. That is roughly the idea. Bring a refillable bottle, top it up before your session, and take the rest with you.

Heat takes water out of you
A sauna round will pull more fluid than you expect, and the plunge afterwards does not put it back. Filling up before and after is the single easiest thing you can do to feel better the next day.
