Frontline Web Designs ("we", "us") builds websites and provides digital marketing services for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple and we don't sell your data.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our website (such as the free website sample request or contact form) or a Facebook/Instagram lead form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, business name, current website or social links, and what you'd like help with. If you choose to upload a logo or photos, we receive those too.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site we automatically receive standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source — through cookies and similar technologies used by our analytics and advertising tools.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, prepare your free sample, and contact you about our services.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.
• To measure and improve our advertising (for example, understanding which ads lead to inquiries).

We will only contact you about your inquiry and our services. We do not sell your personal information.

How your form submissions are handled

Forms on our website are processed on our own hosting and the details are emailed to us so we can reply — we don't sell or rent this information. Facebook/Instagram lead forms are collected through Meta's platform and retrieved by us to follow up with you.

Advertising & analytics tools

We use the following third-party services, which may set cookies or receive data as described in their own privacy policies:

• Hosting — our website and form processing are hosted by our hosting provider solely to serve the site and deliver your message to us.
