In 2016, Carlos and Kealoha pulled a beat-up truck into a Lahaina parking lot with $400 and a lifetime of recipes. No business plan. Just really, really good food.
Eight years later, Fuego & Flame is woven into Maui's food culture. We still use the same achiote blend. We still source from the same family farms. We still show up at 5am to get the fire going.
